Knile is an Egyptian typeface created in collaboration between atipo studio and María Ramos. It was born as the slab version of Geomanist, but ended up resulting in a typography with its own personality, more humanistic and less geometric. It is a low contrast typography in fine weights that increases its line differences as weight increases. The inclusion of true italics, instead of simply tending the glyphs, gives typography great heterogeneity and elegance in all styles, resulting in versatility. Optimized for reading in small bodies due to its wide x-height, Knile is a typeface that you can use in any kind of project.
